Athletics: MS Boys Basketball: 2007-2008: Recap (5/6th)

January 31 Orchard (IISL Tournament Championship Game)

Deaf Hoosiers finished 2nd place in IISL tournament to powerhouse Orchard 19-47. We played subpar and could not get anything going but we had a great experience playing in a title game. We have had a great run in regular season and two post season games. I wanted to say our heartfelt thanks to 6th graders (Merle Baldridge, Mason Bornes, Kenny Long, Austin Phillips, DJ Smith, and Mitchell Slagle) to say good luck for their next level next season with 7/8th team. Also our heartfelt thanks to 5th graders (Cody Crace, Colton Crace, Seth Hazelett, Preston Kelly, Anthony Laucevicius, and Giovanni Maucere) for being part on the team and wishes them well for next basketball season.
